It has been an interesting and fun filled couple of weeks...considering my last post this is a good thing. Within a couple days of losing Guinness we were presented with a difficult choice...too get another puppy or not...as you will see from the following pictures we opted for the "puppy". A friend of ours locally had a litter of puppies born on 3-29 and she had one left. It was a quick decision...we picked him up just days after Guinness unexpectedly passed away. As CRAZY as our house has become I don't think we regret it..and boy I do mean Chaotic!! He is a VERY smart Black Labrador Retriever, he is about 12 weeks old right now. His name is Phineas (Carver's favorite Disney show right now is Phineas and Ferb)





Less than a week after adopting our new puppy we had plans to go camping...again I know we are completely nuts but we did have these reservations for over a month...so off we went...this is Mazzelyn eating her GIANT marshmallow and then Carver and his daddy roasting a marshmallow for s'mores!

We got these really cool shirts from an auction that will help bring home baby Makayla Marie from an orphanage in Eastern Europe...she has Downs Syndrome and is just the cutest little girl coming home to her "forever family":-)


And last but not least we bought a camper...we have talked about it for quite sometime and have finally decided to take the leap..it is a 2004 Arctic Fox 26x, not too big and not too small, I think this fits our active family just right...and in our true "dive right in" fashion we will be venturing on a 9 hour road trip to visit friends in Buffalo, NY over the 4th of July weekend...camper, two kids and puppy all in tow...wish us luck!
